BullfrogFit is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Members can access the gym at any time using their membership credentials.

BullfrogFit offers several membership tiers: Reduced Rate at $80/month (for students 18+ or active personal training clients), Standard Membership at $90/month, and Family Plan at $180/month for 2 adults plus 2 kids ages 14+. There are also flexible options: Annual Membership at $999/year, One Month Membership at $100, and a Day Pass at $25.

No long-term contract is required for most plans. The Standard Membership requires 30 days' notice to cancel. The One Month Membership and Day Pass have no ongoing commitment at all.

The Sanctuary is BullfrogFit's recovery spa, offering a barrel sauna, cold plunge, and shower. It's available from 5AM to 10PM as an add-on to any gym membership, starting at $80/month or $70/month if prepaid annually. It is not included in base gym access.

BullfrogFit Elite combines a gym membership tier with full access to The Sanctuary in one plan. Combined tiers include Reduced Elite at $160/month, Standard Elite at $170/month, and Family Elite at $260/month.

Yes. BullfrogFit offers 1-on-1 personal training and small group coaching with a team of 10 certified trainers. Every client is matched with a coach based on their goals, experience level, and training style.

Yes. BullfrogFit offers custom nutrition and meal planning using InBody scan-based macro coaching, so nutrition targets are based on actual body composition data rather than generic templates. Supplement guidance is included through the official Transparent Labs partnership.

Yes. BullfrogFit offers online coaching with full workout programming, nutrition coaching, progress tracking, and regular check-ins, delivered remotely for clients who cannot train in person.

The Commit Package is a $599 bundle that includes 1 month of membership, 6 personal training sessions, a custom training plan, nutrition guidance, unlimited InBody scans, and 10% off future training. It requires 30 days' notice to cancel, and all sales are final.

The Biggest Loser Rhode Island is BullfrogFit's 12-week weight loss challenge. Season 3 runs September 5 to November 28, 2026, and includes 24 personal training sessions, full 24/7 membership, weekly group classes and weigh-ins, a customized nutrition plan, and more. Entry is $2,199 paid in full, or available as a payment plan. Only 20 spots are available per season.
